I have had the same experience over here. A bumper year for Hellebore, for which the bees are very grateful, and my first fritillaries are in flower. Amelia
It’s lovely to see the ones that sometimes take a hit in a hard winter doing so well. But we lost most of our penstemon (too wet?)… but luckily had been advised to take some cuttings! New hyssops about to be planted after last year’s amazing popularity with bees, butterflies and some wonderful moths new to the garden. RH
Not my favourites either… until the year when they have been wonderful. We have pink and white in a mass, mostly self-spread. Lucky I didn’t dig them up! RH

Lovely captures, RH. The Hellebores is not my favourite flower, but your fine presentation make her look most attractive! 🙂
